To ensure your tableware lasts, we recommend using gentle wash cycles with standard dishwasher tablets. We advise against aggressive detergents with citrus additives.
Depending on the material of your cutlery, slight cutlery abrasion may occur. This can be easily removed with cutlery cleaning polish. You can get this polish in almost any drugstore or supermarket.

Robust Stoneware Mugs for Long-lasting Quality

To ensure that not only the appearance of our Elsa 2.0 mugs is convincing, but also their quality, they are shaped from European stoneware. They are then fired at approximately 1200°C, hand-glazed, and fired again. The mugs are carefully checked for quality after both the first and second firing processes. Due to the durable material, the high-quality glazes (according to EEC directives), and the high firing temperatures, our stoneware mugs are robust and shock-resistant. This means you can easily put them in the microwave and the dishwasher.

To ensure your Elsa 2.0 mug accompanies you for as long as possible with coffee and tea—or a drink of your choice—we recommend cleaning it on a gentle wash cycle with ordinary dishwasher tabs. You should keep aggressive detergents with citrus additives away from your mug.
