• As this is a handcrafted natural product, small deviations in shape and color, as well as irregularities, are possible, which lend the tableware its unique character.

To ensure your tableware lasts, we recommend using gentle wash cycles with standard dishwasher tablets. We advise against aggressive detergents with citrus additives.
Depending on the material of your cutlery, slight cutlery abrasion may occur. This can be easily removed with cutlery cleaning polish. You can get this polish in almost any drugstore or supermarket.

Durable Quality and Proper Care

To make our stoneware mugs resilient, the high-quality material is double-fired at approx. 1200°C, once after shaping and once after glazing. This makes the products shock-resistant, robust, and suitable for the dishwasher and microwave.

You can extend the lifespan of your Elsa 2.0 mugs even further through proper care and cleaning: Use regular dishwasher tabs and gentle wash cycles, and avoid aggressive cleaning agents with citrus additives. This way, the unique color gradient of your mugs will be preserved for a long time.
