Questions and answers about our products
Our ceramic is robust and can be cleaned in the dishwasher without any problems. We advise against using aggressive cleaning agents or dishwasher tabs.
Our tableware is microwave-safe and can also be used for gentle reheating in the oven. Our ceramic is not suitable for baking. However, please handle it with care - do not overdo it with heat and avoid strong temperature fluctuations, as these can lead to cracks or breakage.
Our glazes are food-safe and comply with the strict European food safety regulations. All our glazes are tested in the laboratory before being included in our range. This involves testing the lead and cadmium content. We only sell glazes whose values are below the limits permitted in Europe. The high firing temperatures of our ceramics and glazes also ensure that no glaze particles can come loose during use. You can therefore use our tableware in everyday life without hesitation.
As our ceramics are handmade, there may be slight variations in shape and color from batch to batch. These small irregularities make each product unique. Nevertheless, the different batches can be easily combined with each other and create a harmonious overall look.
