The magic of Alcobaça
Between Porto and Lisbon, in Alcobaça near the Atlantic Ocean, our plates are produced with care and precision by various family businesses. It is important to us that natural materials are processed in an environmentally friendly way. Our producers therefore use high-quality European stoneware, which they shape by hand and then fire at just under 1200°C. The glazes are then applied by hand in accordance with EEC guidelines and hardened by firing again. This makes the Flores plates robust and hard-wearing and they will accompany you through your everyday life for a long time.
