The Portofino Ceramica Elsa 2.0 Pasta Plate for Your Slow Living Decor
Do you often have to use old soup plates for pasta, risotto, or curry? The simple pasta plate from our Elsa 2.0 collection doesn't have a flat rim, offering more space for arranging your dishes—because the eye eats first, as they say.
Simple Elegance
Our pasta plates are characterized by their simplicity, which effortlessly blends into your decor. The natural and meticulous production is visible on every plate, as our Elsa 2.0 plates are hand-shaped and glazed. The signs of this handwork show up in small irregularities and imperfections in shape and color. Thus, every plate embodies something natural and is also unique.
Sustainability, Quality, and Trust
At Portofino Ceramica, we work on equal footing with our production partners in Portugal, because we want to bring not just beautiful but also fair products to the market.
The stoneware for our Elsa 2.0 plates comes from Europe, and our glazes are strictly checked and adhere to EEC directives. Therefore, you can be sure that your Elsa 2.0 plates are not only produced sustainably and fairly but also have a high quality.
This quality is achieved through the careful manufacturing process of our plates. They are fired at about 1200 °C, hand-glazed, and then fired again. This makes them durable and allows them to be safely placed in the dishwasher and microwave. To ensure your Bento plates accompany you for a particularly long time, avoid aggressive cleaning agents with citrus additives and use gentle wash cycles in the dishwasher.
Elsa 2.0 Set of 6 Pasta Plates
So that you never have to go without your Elsa 2.0 plates, and can also eat with friends, our pasta plates are available in a set of 6. This way, during a joint cooking evening, you can transform your dining table into an elegant Slow Living oasis and create a pleasant atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
Our Elsa 2.0 pasta plates are not as cheap as mass-produced goods from large furniture stores. However, with our prices, you are paying for exactly what you get: practical and robust plates, traditional craftsmanship, a modern design, and fair and sustainable production—in short: a conscious lifestyle.
